What does ‘flexible working’ really look like?
As a growing organisation, we believe that collaboration and culture are critical to achieving our goals. To support this, we work predominantly from our Sydney office near Wynyard. However, we’re open to different working arrangements and encourage early conversations about what works best. It’s about trust and outcomes. Some people prefer a set rhythm throughout the week, others shift hours occasionally to balance family, study or other priorities. We aim to be pragmatic and supportive in how we work together.

Is visa sponsorship or relocation support available?
This depends on the role and individual circumstances. Where possible, we’ll discuss options early so expectations are clear.

Not at this stage. As NHCE continues to grow, this may change in the future.
Do you provide interview feedback?
Where candidates participate in interviews, we are happy to provide feedback. Due to application volumes, we’re not always able to offer feedback at early screening stages.
